  • No, there is no fee to apply to be a merchant at OKGO Market.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the OKGO Market team to review your application and contact you directly regarding your application status.

  • OKGO Market offers several different booth options. Visit the application page to see booth rates for both food and non-food merchants. All booth rates are fixed and non-negotiable. OKGO Market does not offer free or reduced booth rates to non-profit organizations.

  • Food merchant booths cost more than non-food merchant booths due to additional labor, resources, and expenses on the back-end that OKGO Market incurs. This includes, but is not limited to, working with the THD to ensure that all commercial food merchant products are within the regulations of being able to sell outside merchant's normal commercial kitchen, working with the event hosting center to ensure that food merchant products are not in violation of fixed hosting center brands, and ensuring that cottage food merchant products and distribution follow all laws and ordinances of the Oklahoma Home Baking Act.

    Additionally, OKGO Market incurrs unavoidable added fees from the event hosting center anytime food items are sold on the grounds.

  • Single booths are 10'x10' and double booths are 20'x10'.

  • A designated move-in day is offered the day before the event to allow merchants ample time to setup their booth space. Move-in day setup hours will be communicated to all merchants well in advance.

  • The OKGO Market Spring Show booth layout is assembled into quads. Therefore, all booths are corner booths.

  • No. Each individual merchant must purchase their own booth space.

    OKGO Market requires each merchant to complete an application that is thoroughly reviewed to ensure vendor eligibility. Additionally, OKGO Market is required to submit a list of all participating merchants to the Oklahoma Tax Commission prior to the event. If it is discovered that a merchant is sharing a booth with another business entity that has not completed the application process and was not included in the list of approved participants submitted to the Oklahoma Tax Commission, both merchants will be asked to leave the event and may also be subject to fines from the Oklahoma Tax Commission for unreported/unauthorized sales.

  • If you are a food merchant, there may be an additional fee required of the Tulsa Health Department if you do not hold a valid Mobile Retail License. The cost for the single-day license from THD is generally $50.00 + a $25.00 fee (payable by cash, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover on the morning of the event) from the City of Tulsa. Additionally, depending on the type and net weight of food products you intend to trade, an additional fee may be required due to the event hosting center policy.     A late registration fee or admin fee may apply to vendors who register 45 days or less prior to the event or who request an invoice reissue due to expiration.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail. See the OKGO Market Cancellation Policy for more information.

  • No. Merchants keep 100% of their net income.

  • Yes, the standard rate is 8.517%. OKGO Market is not responsible for submitting taxes on behalf of merchants. Each merchant is responsible for collecting and submitting their own taxes to the State of Oklahoma.

  • According to the Oklahoma Tax Commission website: no permit is issued or required for occasional sales, file a report only when sales are made. Indicate on the sales tax report it is a “casual” sale. If you are unsure whether or not your business practice falls under “occasional sales,” please contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission at 405-521-3160.

  • OKGO Market will promote merchants individually that purchased a Featured Listing during registration. All other event marketing is comprehensive of the event as a whole.

  • Yes. Cross-promotion ensures that advertising efforts are maximized and that brand equity is established between the business’ brand and OKGO Market. Once you register, please refer to the merchant cross-promotion agreement for more information.

  • Yes. Each market requires that ALL merchants - both new and returning - submit an application specific to the market occurrence.

  • Yes. OKGO Market sets limits on each of its 9 categories and merchant booths are given on a first come, first served basis. This ensures that each event provides a well-rounded and well-balanced marketplace experience for shoppers. Therefore, OKGO Market implements a 15 or 30-day sign & pay policy that starts from the day that approval is sent to the merchant. However, if your category becomes full even before your 15 or 30-day sign & pay period ends, your application will be moved to the WAITLIST. See #24 below for additional information on this situation.

  • No. Reconciling your booth invoice is the only way to guarantee a spot at the market. If your category (or subcategory) reaches maximum capacity at any time prior to your booth invoice being reconciled (regardless of the 15 or 30-day pay period), your application will be moved to the WAITLIST until a spot becomes available. In the event that a space opens up under your category or subcategory as a result of another merchant within your category pulling out, merchants on the waitlist will be contacted in the order in which they originally applied. Please note that once you are contacted, you will have 24 hours to respond & pay your invoice. If we do not hear from you by the end of the 24-hour period, we will move to the next application in line on the waitlist.

  • OKGO Market may offer a category or subcategory buyout option to merchants seeking exclusive rights to sell a particular type of product within an applicable category or subcategory. Buyout opportunities are subject to availability and must be specifically approved by OKGO Market. Merchants interested in a buyout should request exclusivity during the application process or after approval is issued. Merchants may not assume, claim, or represent that they have exclusive rights to sell a particular product, product type, or service at OKGO Market unless a buyout has been specifically approved in writing by OKGO Market and all applicable buyout fees have been paid.

    The fact that a merchant is the only participating merchant currently offering a particular product, product type, or service does not create or imply exclusivity. Unless a buyout has been approved and paid for, OKGO Market may approve other merchants offering similar, competing, or substantially similar products, regardless of whether another merchant previously participated in the event, has previously sold the product at the event, or believes it should have exclusive rights.

    Buyout fees may vary depending on the size and demand of the applicable category or subcategory, the expected number of merchants offering similar products, the value of exclusivity, and the base booth cost. In most cases, the subcategory buyout fee will be based on approximately one-half (1/2) of the applicable category allocation and will not exceed three-fourths (3/4) of the applicable category allocation, unless otherwise determined by OKGO Market.

    OKGO Market retains full authority to approve, deny, modify, limit, or revoke any category or subcategory buyout request based on event needs, marketplace balance, merchant participation, attendee experience, or other operational considerations. A buyout is not effective until it has been confirmed in writing by OKGO Market and all applicable buyout fees have been paid. Verbal discussions, requests for exclusivity, prior participation, previous product offerings, or the absence of competing merchants do not constitute an approved buyout or create any exclusive rights.

    Once a buyout has been confirmed and paid for, OKGO Market will not knowingly approve another merchant within the same exclusive subcategory for the applicable event, subject to the specific scope and limitations of the approved buyout. OKGO Market is not responsible for products sold by merchants who independently attempt to circumvent an approved exclusivity arrangement. If OKGO Market determines that another merchant is offering products in violation of an approved buyout, OKGO Market may require the merchant to remove the applicable products from the event. No merchant may demand, require, or represent that OKGO Market remove another merchant or prohibit another merchant from selling a product based solely on the fact that the first merchant sells the same or a similar product. Exclusive rights exist only when specifically approved and paid for through the OKGO Market buyout process.

    Permanent jewelry is not considered an exclusive product category or subcategory unless the merchant has specifically purchased and received written approval for a permanent jewelry buyout. The presence of one permanent jewelry merchant at an OKGO Market event does not prevent OKGO Market from approving additional permanent jewelry merchants for the same event. Merchants offering permanent jewelry may not claim, imply, or demand exclusive rights to provide permanent jewelry at OKGO Market unless those rights have been specifically approved in writing and all applicable buyout fees have been paid.

  • No. OKGO Market strategically places all merchants throughout the space to ensure a balanced and optimized layout. As such, we are unable to accommodate the feasibility of individual placement requests.
